Financial Services > Pensions > Pension Credit > What happens if I am not happy with what I am offered?
The first course of action is to get the decision looked into again, you must do this within one month of receiving the letter to tell you how much you can get.
If the new decision comes back and you are still not happy, then you can appeal the decision in front of an independent tribunal.
You must put your complaint in writing, stating what part of the decision you are unhappy with, and why you are unhappy with it.
This must again be done within one month of receiving the revised decision.
